Regarding returns - How do we make sure that products are stored safely to prevent damage?
Product stored unprotected (especially outside, exposed to the elements), will likely be damaged to the extent that we will not be able to resell it. Our product’s epoxy coating is a big part of its efficacy, and we simply don’t have the facilities to handle sandblasting, painting, and curing damaged product. Abide by LTL & Ground Best Practices to ensure product is in as close to original condition as possible, including but not limited to: o Packaging products individually o Covering products so that they do not come into contact with each other during transit o Securing product to pallet such that movement during transit is minimized
